· 54· 水科学与工程技术 2008年第 1期 分段式SBR与传统SBR工艺对比研究 胡远志，宋碧玉，刘 静，孙 青 (武汉大学环境工程系。武汉 430079) 摘 要：将传统SBR的曝气和沉淀过程在时间上进行分段，在不同段数厌氧／好氧／缺氧状态下的交替运行条件下，考察了分段式 SBR工艺的运行情况并与传统SBR进行了对比研究。通过设计正交试验确定了传统SBR、二段式和三段式SBR最佳运行参数。结 果表明：三段式SBR对COD、NHrN、总磷的去除率可以达到97．33％、96．63％、99．76％，二段式SBR对COD、NH3-N、总磷的去除率可 以达到96．98 、93．45％、98．63％，传统SBR对COD、NH，一N、总磷的去除率可以达到95．87％、88．47％、98．15％，由此可见分段式SBR 较传统SBR对有机物、NH N和总磷有较好的去除效果。 关键词：分段式SBK；传统SBR； 氮：除磷 中图分类号：X703 文献标识码：A 文献编号：1672—9900(2008)01-0054—03 Research on the comparison of the staged and conventional SBR HU Yuan—zhi，SONG Bi—yu，LIU Jing，SUN Qing (School ofResource and Environmental Science，Wuhan University，Wuhan 430079，China) Abstract：aeration and sedimentation process of conventional SBR were divided into several stages in time．and in the conditions of different stages of alternating anaerobic／oxic／anoxic，the reseal~h on the operation of the staged SBR and the comparison of staged SBR and convientional SBR was done．The optimum processed conditions of the conventional SBR、 two—stage、three—stage SBR were achieved by designing orthogonal experiments．The results showed that the removal rate of COD、NH3一N、t0tal phosphor with 97．33％、96．63％、99．76％ were obtained by using three—stage SBR。the removal rate of COD、NH3一N、t0tal phosphor with 96．98％、93．45％、98．63％ were obtained by using two—stage SBR，the removal rate of COD、NH3一N、total phosphor with 95．87％、88．47％、98．15％were obtained by using conventional SBR ．SO it Can be seen tIlat the staged SBR has better removal rate of organisms、nitrogen and total phosphor than conventional SBR’S． Keywords：the staged SBR；the convientional SBR；nitrogen removal；phosphor removal 近2O多年对间歇式活性污泥工艺的
