Abstract : As the lead-free solders are used widely, more dross was formed during wave soldering,
which lead to industrial waste. In this paper, oxidation action of liguid solders and production character-
istic of the dross in wave soldering pot was introduced, some methods to reduce dross were enumerated
and their practicability was analyzed.
