人力资源管理Renliziyuanguanli 《中国医院管理》第34 卷 第9 期（总第398 期）2014 年9 月 上海放射学住院医师规范化培训考核效果回顾性分析 ① ① ① ① ① 陆 琳 陆 勇 方文强 陈克敏 严福华 摘 要 目的 回顾性分析上海市放射学住院医师规范化培训技能考核的形式和内容，探讨影响规范化培训技能考核 成绩的相关因素。方法 对2001—2009 年，共计260 名医学影像学住院医师参加规范化培训技能考核的理论题成绩以及技 术操作成绩，运用描述性分析、秩和检验等方法对数据进行研究。结果 （1）放射学住院医师规范化培训CT 基础理论题 考核成绩的影响因素包括年龄 （P=0.000）和毕业专业 （P=0.012）；（2）MRI 理论题考核成绩的影响因素为毕业院校类别 （P=0.001）；（3）介入放射学理论题考核成绩的影响因素为服务医疗机构 （P=0.042）；（4）CT 操作技术考核成绩的影响因 素为毕业院校类别 （P=0.014）和医疗服务机构 （P=0.015），差异具有统计学意义。结论 住院医师规范化培训是医师成长 的重要阶段。住院医师的学习经历和其所在医院工作情况直接影响其临床技能培训与考核的效果。 关键词 住院医师 规范化培训 放射学 技能考核 影响因素 中图分类号 R197.32 文献标志码 B 文章编号 1001-5329（2014）09-0044-03 Retrospective Analysis of the Inspection Results of Radiology Residents Standardization Training in Shanghai/LULin，LUYong，FANGWen-qiang，et al.//ChineseHospitalManagement，2014，34（9）：44-46 Abstract Objective To make a retrospective analysis of radiology residents standardization training in Shanghai ， and to identify the influencing factors of skill examination effectiveness. Method The board review and skill test were evaluated in 260 radiology residents from 2001 to 2009. Descriptive analysis and rank sum test were used to make statistical analysis of the scores of theoretical and operational examination. Result （1）The age （P=0.000）and graduate career （P =0.012）could influence the CT test results ；（2）the education background （P =0.001）could influence the MRI test results；（3 ）the hospital differences were correlated with the interventional radiology test results （P = 0.042）；（4 ）the influence factors of CT skill tests were the education background （P =0.014）and the medical institu⁃ tions （P =0.015），with statistical significance.
