横一字切开法内眦赘皮矫正术同期行重睑术疗效观察[摘要]目的:采用横一字切开法内眦赘皮矫正术同期联合切开法重睑术,观察重睑及内眦形态变化以及瘢痕情况,结合患者满意度对临床效果进行综合评价。方法:先按常规方法施行切开法重睑术,然后采用横切法切开内眦角赘皮,并将切口沿下睑缘下2mm向外延伸,分离皮下粘连,切除部分错构的眼轮匝肌、内眦韧带及增厚的筋膜组织,使泪阜充分显露,形成新的内眦角及重睑皱襞线。结果:本组96例患者,术后赘皮消失,泪阜显露适中,内眦间距缩短,重睑外形美观自然。其中,36例随访3个月～3年,切口瘢痕不明显,形态稳定,效果满意。结论:采用横一字切开法内眦赘皮矫正术联合切开法重睑术,能够充分矫正内眦赘皮,内眦部皮肤基本是无痕愈合,重睑形态自然,手术效果满意。 [关健词]内眦赘皮;重睑成形术 [中图分类号]R622 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455(2010)10-1447-03 Effect observation of correction of epicanthus by the transverse-one’s procedure with simultaneous blepharoplasty ZHANG An-li,HUANG Ze-chun,YAN Dan,LIANG Zhi-wei,PENG Li, LI Xia-xia (Department of Cosmetic Plastic Surgery,the FirstPeople’s Hospital of Chenzhou,Chenzhou 423000,Hunan,China) Abstract:ObjectiveTo correct epicanthus by the transverse-one’s procedure with simultaneous incision blepharoplasty,and observe the shape change of epicanthal and double eyelid and postoperative scar.Comprehensive clinical effects evaluation were carried out on the bases of patient satisfaction.MethodsFirstly conventional incision double eyelid operation were performed,and then opened the inner canthus angle by cross cutting of epicanthus,extended outward the incision along 2mm below the lower palpebral edge,separated subcutaneous adhesions below incision,cutted off part of fault structure of orbicularis,epicanthus ligament and fascia,so fully revealed the lacrimal caruncle,and new inner canthal angle and double eyelids line formationed. ResultsAll 96 cases of redundant skin of internal canthus disappeared and lacrimal-caruncle exposed appropriately,the intercanthal distance shortened,the appearance of double eyelid was beautiful and natural. 36 cases in 96 were followed up for 3 months to 3 years, no obvious scar,shape stable,and the effect were satisfactory.ConclusionEpicanthus surgery by the transverse-one’s procedure with simultaneous blepharoplasty can fully correct epicanthus, no obvious scar formed on inner canthal skin,the appearance of double eyelid was natu
