Methods 10 patients were performed the operation together wìth the more than 6 months follow -up. The operatìon choosed the incìsìon of fly -bìrd type ìn combìnatìon wìth forkedform flap type Autogenous costal cartilage and costa were used to constitute the nasal framework so to lengthen the nasal redge and heighten the nasal columella. We used the crossed flap to heìghten the nasal columella. We implanted costa and costicartilage around the pìrìform aperture on the nasal base. Results We evaluate the nasal configuration of the follow -up patients ，创I of them were satisfied with the nasal morphous and the facial depression was corrected obviously. Conclusion Thìs way is easy to apply with less pain and lower expenses , however be忧er facìal appearance can be achieved. Key words: Binder syndro
