Methods: From N ov. 200 1 o Mar . 2003, 36 MG pa ien s were classified bo h wi h Osserman classifica ion and MGFA clinical classifica ion, he differences be ween he wo classifica ions were analyzed. T he QMG score was also s udied before and af er hymec omy, as well as i s rela ionship wi h MGFA classifica ion and herapyou come. Re sults: MGFA ype I had he same meaning wi h Osserman ype I, and he pa ien s, assigned o be Osserman ype Ia o ype IIb were classif ied in o 6 degrees from MGFA ype IIa o ype IVb, according o QMG examina ion. T he QMG score changed wi h hymec omy and he ime of followup, and was correla ed wi h he herapy - ou come . Concl usion: MGFA clinical classifica ion associa ed wi h QMG ex amina ion is more objec ive and precise han Osserman classifica ion, and he individual QMG score is accordan wi h and re flec he ou come af er hymec omy .
