甘肃省农村0～5岁儿童生长发育及营养状况调查【摘要】 目的 了解甘肃省农村0～5岁儿童的生长发育与营养状况,为制定相应的干预策略和措施提供依据。方法 采用整群抽样方法,选取甘肃省农村1 215名儿童作为研究对象,测量其身高、体重,测定血红蛋白含量,用Z评分进行营养状况评价,并进行儿童常见病和家庭信息的问卷调查。结果 儿童身高、体重与WHO标准比较,2岁前低于WHO水平,3岁时两者相当,3岁后低于WHO水平。儿童贫血患病率为12.02%,各年龄组贫血患病率差异有统计学意义,1岁以下儿童的贫血患病率较高;营养不良患病率为28.31%,不同性别和各月龄组之间差异均无统计学意义。结论 甘肃省农村地区的儿童生长发育与营养状况不容乐观,应及早采取切实可行的干预措施。 【关键词】 生长和发育;贫血;营养不良;儿童;农村人口 【中图分类号】 R 179 R 339.3+5 R 163 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1000-9817(2009)08-0723-02 Physical growth and Development and Nutritional Status of 0-5 Years Old Children in Gansu Country/CHEN Rui,YANG Hai-xia,WANG Wen-long. Methods By using cluster sampling method 1 215 children from Gansu country were selected. Their height, weight and hemoglobin content were measured, Z-scores were calculated to evaluate their nutritional status, and questionnaire was used to collecte related information such as child common illness and family information. Results Compared with WHO standard, the average height and weight of 0-2 and 3-5 years old children were lower, and 3 years old children’s height and weight werecorrespond to WHO level. The rate of anemia was 12.02%, and it had significant differences among age groups, under 1 year old group was higher. The rate of malnutrition was 28.31%, and it had no significant differences among age groups and sex.
