胸肌下隆乳手术相关问题探析[摘要]目的：探讨在一般基层医院包括民营医院开展隆乳手术的可行性、安全性和有效性。方法：改进隆乳手术的某些技术点，可在基层及民营医院慎重开展手术，安全度过术中危险期、顺利度过术后疼痛期，加强术后护理，保证隆乳效果。结果：100例实施手术的就医者麻醉平稳，术中和术后均无异常出血，负压引流量每侧30～60ml；术后疼痛较明显者5例；呕吐较重者4例；术后形态不佳者2例，早期形态轻微不对称者4例；一侧包膜挛缩更换假体者2例（均左侧）。96%就医者住院1天,其余因路途远而住院多日。结论：只要全体医护人员具备有高度的责任心，过细地做好每一步操作，对手术进行全程监控，在基层医院及民营医院开展隆乳手术是安全、可行的，效果是满意的。 [关键词]胸肌下隆乳；并发症；技术改进 [中图分类号]R655.8[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2008）03-03 Explored the clinical application of submuscular breast augmentation done in privately-run hospital LI De-xin，CHEN Bin，CAI Bing，LIN Li-xin，ZHA Yuan-kun (Department of Plastic Surgery, Zhuhai Ping’an Hospital, Zhuhai 519020，Guangdong, China) Abstract:ObjectiveTo discuss the feasibility, safety and result of submuscular breast augmentation done in privately-run hospital.MethodsTo improve some technique points of the operation, be careful of operating in privately-run hospital, safely pass a crisis during the operation and smoothly spend postoperative ache,strengthen the nursing after the operation, assure the result.ResultsIn 100 cases, anaesthesia is steady, abnormal bleeding is seldom observed during and after the operation, the discharge each side is in 30ml~60 ml. Ache after the operation more obvious 5cases. Nausea and vomit more heavy 4 cases. The breast-shape of postoperation is not so satisfied 2 cases. The shape is a little symmetry in early postoperation 4 cases. Change the breast implants because of the capsular contracture in one side 2 cases (both left ). Of 100 cases, 96% were subjected to stays in the hospital for one day, 4% stayed for days because of being far away.ConclusionAugmentation mammaplasty in privately-run hospital is safe and feasible, the result is satisfied, the key lies in monitoring and controling to the whole operation, working well on each steps, and all the medical personnel should have a high responsibility.
