酸枣仁及其非正品及伪制品鉴别摘 要：目的：为酸枣仁与其非正品及伪制品的专属性鉴别提供依据。方法：利用性状鉴别、显微鉴别方法对酸枣仁与其非正品、伪制品进行鉴别。结果：性状鉴别中，枳椇子略小且种皮坚硬，不易破碎；理枣仁及酸枣仁伪制品平坦的一面无纵线纹；剥去外皮后，酸枣仁为黄白色，而其伪制品为桃红色；三者在颜色方面有明显差异。显微鉴别中，酸枣仁子叶表皮细胞含草酸钙结晶，且油滴较少；理枣仁与酸枣仁伪制品的胚乳及子叶细胞均无草酸钙结晶，且油滴众多；枳椇子的种皮栅状细胞比前三者明显较大，其外胚乳细胞含簇晶、方晶，子叶细胞含簇晶。结论：为酸枣仁与其非正品及伪制品的的专属性鉴别提供依据。 关键词：酸枣仁；非正品；伪制品；鉴别 中图分类号：R285文献标识码：A文章编号：1673-7717(2011)12-2690-02 Identification of Qualified、Unqualified and Counterfeit Spina Date Seed HAN Junying，LI Junsong,ZHANG Tong, WU Tao (Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai 201203, China) Abstract:Objective: The goal was to provide experimental evidences for the specificity identificaition of qualified 、unqualified and counterfeit Spina Date Seed.Methods: Using Characteristic identification and microscopic-identification to identify qualified、unqualified and counterfeit Spina Date Seed.Result:By Characteristic identification we can observe that Semen Hoveniae is a little small and has hard seed coat which isn’t fragile;there isn’t longitudinal corddesign in the flat side of Lizaoren and counterfeit Spina Date Seed ; by decorticating we can observe that Spina Date Seed is yellowish-white and the counterfeit Spina Date Seed is peachblow ;there is obvious difference in colour among them.In microscopic-identification maps, Cotyledons epidermal cells of Spina Date Seed includes Calcium oxalate crystals and fewer oil droplets;there is no Calcium oxalate crystals in endosperm and epidermal cells of Lizaoren and counterfeit Spina Date Seed,but they includes more oil droplets; palisade cells of seed coat of Semen Hoveniae whose perispern includes cluster crystal and prisms and epidermal cells including cluster crystal is much bigger than others.Conclusion:The study provided experimental evidences for the specificity identificaition of qualified 、unqualified and counterfeit Spina Date Seed.
