同时无痛胃肠镜与序贯无痛胃肠镜的应用效果观察及安全性评价分析 【摘要2015年1月至201年月在我院消化内镜室行无痛内镜检查的患者结果：结论：同时无痛胃肠镜能更好的完成内镜检查，Observation and safety evaluation of the application of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy and sequential painless gastrointestinal endoscopy 【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of two different kinds of gastrointestinal endoscopy (simultaneous painless and sequential painless) and its safety evaluation. Methods: From January 2015 to February 2015, 54 patients with endoscopy in our hospital were selected as the research object, and the 54 patients who were randomly divided into painless gastroscopy group (Study Group) and painless gastroscopy group (control group), 27 cases in each group were randomly divided into two groups. Observation and comparison of two groups of patients in the examination time, propofol dosage, SpO2 and other related indicators, and to evaluate the safety. Results: the study group had statistically significant difference (P0.05) in comparison with the control group at the time of examination, recovery time, propofol dosage and unit operation. Double blind method was randomly divided into painless colonoscopy group (Study Group) and sequential painless gastroscopy group (control group), 27 cases in each group.
