医用臭氧联合玻璃酸钠局部注射治疗32例膝骨性关节炎临床探究[摘要] 目的：以药物联合应用理论为指导，研究医用臭氧（O3）联合玻璃酸钠（SH）注射治疗膝骨性关节炎（OA）的临床疗效，为膝骨性关节炎的治疗提供实验依据。方法：将32例经确诊属于膝骨性关节炎的患者采用随机数字表法分为两组，实验组采用医用臭氧联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射，对照组采用单用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射，以两组患者治疗前与治疗后关节液中白介素6（IL-6）、白介素8（IL-8）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）的变化为观察指标，比较治疗总有效率。结果：治疗组与对照组治疗后IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α结果比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），实验组总有效率为100.00%，对照组总有效率为82.75%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：医用臭氧联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著，明显减轻了炎症的程度，改善了患者关节疼痛、变形和活动受限的状况，是一种安全、有效的药物联用治疗方法。 [关键词] 臭氧；玻璃酸钠；膝骨关节炎；临床疗效 [中图分类号] R684.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）11（a）-095-02 The clinical study on the local injection of the medical ozone combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the treatment of 32 cases with knee osteoarthritis LI Haiyan, ZHOU Lianjun, ZHU Bingqi, WANG Yunfeng Department of Orthopaedics, Duodao People’s Hospital in Jingmen City, Hubei Province, Jingmen 448000, China [Abstract] Objective: With the guide of the drug combination theory, to study the clinical effect of the medical ozone combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 30 cases diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups with random number table, the experiment group was used local injection of medical ozone combined with Sodium Hyaluronate, the control group was used local injection of Sodium Hyaluronate only. The changes of IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α before and after treatment were taken as outcome measures, the total effective were compared between the two groups. Results: There were some differences between the two groups after treatment of results about IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α (P＜0.05), the experiment group of the total efficiency was 100.00%, the control group of the total efficiency was 82.75%, there were differences of the two groups (P＜0.05).
