护理综合干预对精神分裂症患者院外康复效果影响[摘要] 目的 探讨护理综合干预对精神分裂症患者院外康复效果的影响。 方法 将168例院外精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组86例及对照组82例。对干预组实施个性电话随访、社区集体服药督导及健康教育等护理综合干预措施，比较两组患者服药依从性和复发率。 结果 干预组在出院6个月、12个月时的服药依从性均明显好于对照组，复发率均明显低于对照组；患者出院12个月时与出院6个月时服药依从性及复发率比较，干预组差异无统计学意义，对照组差异有统计学意义。 结论 护理综合干预可提高院外精神分裂症患者的服药依从性，降低复发率，有效促进患者院外康复。 [关键词] 护理综合干预；精神分裂症；院外康复 [中图分类号] R749.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673—9701（2012）26—0105—02 The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients outside the hospital HUA Caixia ZHOU Feiqin SHEN Yunmei XIA Chaoyun Psychiatric Department， the Second People’s Hospital of Lishui in Zhejiang Province， Lishui 323000， China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients outside the hospital. Methods A total of 168 cases of schizophrenic patients outside the hospital were randomly divided into intervention group （86 cases） and control group （n = 82）. Comprehensive nursing interventions of personalized telephone follow—up， community collective medication supervision and health education were implemented in the intervention group. Medication compliance and relapse rates were compared in two groups. Results Medication compliance on discharged from the hospital six months， twelve months in the intervention group were significantly better than the control group， the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group； there was no significant difference on medication compliance and relapse rate in patients discharged from hospital 12 months and six months in the intervention group， statistically significant differences were found in the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve medication compliance of schizophrenic patients outside the hospital， reduce the relapse rate， and effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients outside the hospital.
