第 31 卷第 2 期 南华大学学报·医学版 2003 年 6 月 ( ) Vol. 31 No. 2 Journal of Nanhua University Medical Edition Jun. 2003 　 病灶清除一期植骨融合内固定治疗脊柱结核 刘平均 ,曹盛俊 (南华大学 第一附属医院 ,湖南 衡阳 421001) 摘 　要 : 目的 　评价病灶清除一期植骨融合内固定治疗脊柱结核的临床疗效。方法 　回顾1997 年以来收治并行病 灶清除一期植骨融合内固定治疗并获随访的 13 例脊柱结核病例 ,对其病例选择、手术时机、术后处理及术后康复情况进 行回顾分析。结果 　13 例切口全部一期愈合 ,植骨部位骨性融合 ,平均融合时间 4 个月。术后后凸平均矫正 28°。结论 　病灶清除一期植骨融合内固定有利于重建脊柱稳定性 ,纠正和预防脊柱后凸畸形 ,减少或避免结核复发。 关键词 : 脊柱结核 ; 　脊柱内固定 ; 　脊柱融合术 ( ) 中图分类号:R529. 2 　　　文献标识码 :A 　　　文章编号 :1000 - 2510 2003 02 - 0157 - 03 Foci Debriding and Autograft With Internal Fixation in One - stage in Treatment of Spinal Tuberculosis LIU Pingjun ,CAO Shengjun ( The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University , Hengyang , Hunan 421001 , China) Abstract :Objective 　To evaluate the curative effect of foci debriding and autograft with internal fixation in one - stage in treatment of spinal tuberculosis. 　Methods 　13 patients with spinal tuberculosis received surgery procedures ,foci debriding and autograft with in ternal fixation in one - stage from 1997 - 2002. 　Result 　All incisions of the 13 cases obtained first - grade healing. Mean 28 degrees of kyphosis was corrected without any complication. Bone fusion occurred in 3 to 8 months postoperatively without tuberculosis recur rence. 　Conclusion 　It was helpful that foci debriding and autograft with internal fixation in one - stage to restore spinal stability , cor rect deformity of kyphosis , avoid tuberculosis recurrence.
