上海市农村老人养老方式探究 摘要：上海新建城区和郊区的人口老龄化增幅普遍高于中心城区的人口老龄化程度,农村社会结构变革，农村家庭规模日益缩小。在城市化的进程相对快速的上海，农村越来越多土地被征用，老年人在动拆迁后生活成本大大提升，直接影响到了老年人的养老。本文通过实地考察上海农村老人的养老方式进行必要的调查问卷和实地研究，以及对上海农村老年人的生活质量以及其影响因素进行调查，进而对上海农村老年人的养老方式进行归类，分析各类老人面对的问题，得出在上海农村，老年人生活方式依然以家庭养老为主流，但是各方因素的影响，家庭养老功能受到冲击、逐渐弱化，直接影响了农村老年人的生活质量。分别从农村老人本身、村级组织以及政府三方面为立脚点出发，提出农村老人再就业、建立村级长者院和制定农村老人养老法律规范提高农村老人养老水平。4416 关键词： 农村；养老方式；家庭养老；生活质量 An inquiry about Shanghai rural elderly endowment way Abstract：The ageing population of new urban area and suburban in shanghai increase higher than the town center, the rural social structure changes and rural family size is shrinking. Relatively fast in Shanghai in the process of urbanization, rural land has been expropriated, more and more old people after demolition, greatly increasing cost of living, directly affecting the elder#39;s pension. Shanghai based on the on-the-spot investigation of the rural elderly endowment way to make the necessary questionnaire and field research, as well as the rural elderly people#39;s quality of life in Shanghai and its influence factors were investigated, then classifies the rural elderly endowment way in Shanghai, analyses all kinds of old people, faced with the problem of rural areas in Shanghai, the old way of life is still as a family pension for the mainstream, but the effects of all factors, the function of family endowment shock, gradually weakened, directly affect the rural elderly people#39;s quality of life.
