上海市失地农民的再就业问题研究+文献综述 摘要：随着城乡一体化建设进程的加快，城市越来越向边缘扩散。很多企业，房产商将工厂，商品房等建设到郊区。这就必然导致了征地活动，越来越频繁的征地现象让我们不得不关注那些失去土地的农民mdash;mdash;他们在失地后的生活，工作相比较以前有了什么变化。失地农民的问题也已经成为影响经济发展，社会和谐稳定的一个突出问题，是摆在各级党委政府面前一个亟需解决的社会问题。如何安置失地农民，如何保证农民失去土地后的生活质量，如何让失地农民转换社会角色，从农民转变成ldquo;城里人rdquo;，这些都是值得探讨和解决的问题。本采用文献法，个案分析法，在认识失地农民现状的情况下，结合理论基础知识，问卷调查研究和数据分析，剖析近年来失地农民再就业取得的成功和存在的不足，更加客观理性地提出对解决失地农民再就业问题的可行性的方法，探索解决问题的有效途径，希望能为以后的失地农民解决再就业问题出谋划策。5800 关键词：失地农民；再就业；就业途径；政府职能 The research of Shanghai land-lost farmersrsquo; re-employment problem Abstract：With the speeding up of urban-rural integration construction, the city is increasingly spreading edge. Many companies, developers will be factory, commercial housing construction to the suburbs. This will lead to the land acquisition activities. The frequent atmosphere of acquisition activities make us focus on the farmers who lost their landmdash;mdash;especially the daily life, job which are different than before. The problem of the land-lost farmers has been an outstanding issue which will impact the development of the economy and the stability of the society. It is a social problem which needs the party committees and the government to solve quickly. How to reset the land-lost farmers, how to keep the daily life quality when they lost the land, how to transfer the social role to be an ldquo;urban residentrdquo;, all of these are worth discussing and solving. The article uses the literature law, case analysis method, under the condition of understanding the present situation of land-lost farmers, combine the basic theory knowledge, the questionnaire survey and analyze the data to analyze the success we achieved and the disadvantages exist. More objective rationally are put forward to solve the problem of land-lost farmers, feasibility of method for re-employment.
