上海服务外包的发展现状与战略研究 摘要：改革开放30年以来，上海的经济发展始终处于全国领先地位。进入21世纪，跨国公司的生产外包出现高潮，继之而来的是服务外包的兴起和发展。随着新一轮产业转移和服务外包提供了前所未有的机遇，如何认识上海外贸增长方式的转变和现代服务业的发展，成为上海企业和政府在经济全球化过程中应共同关注的核心问题。在此背景下，本论文旨在通过查阅、联系和调研相关资料，对上海服务外包发展的历史及现状进行回顾总结，并从筛选的数据和事例中找出一些启示，以探索更加清晰的发展趋势。在此基础上，全面阐述上海服务外包的发展现状和特点，并从运作模式和外部环境两方面进行战略研究。根据对上海服务外包发展现状的战略研究，从发挥产业竞争优势、印度发展经验借鉴和政府政策支持作用三个角度，提出加快上海服务外包产业发展的对策建议。 关键词：服务外包；发展现状；战略研究8931 The Development Situation and Strategic Research of Shanghai Service Outsourcing Abstract: Since 30 years of reform and opening up, Shanghai economic development is the national leader all the time. Into the 21st century, multinational manufactory outsourcing appears climaxing, the rise and development of service outsourcing come after. As a new round of industrial transfer and service outsourcing provides unprecedented opportunities, how to understand the Shanghai international trade growth mode transformation and the development of modern service industry, enterprises and government become Shanghai in the process of economic globalization should be the core issue of common concern. Under this background, this article aims to consult, contact and research relevant materials, the history and current situation of development of service outsourcing in Shanghai to carry on the review, and find some enlightenment from selection of data and examples, to explore the development trend of more clear. On this basis, the detailed introduction to the present development situation and characteristics of Shanghai service outsourcing, and from two aspects: the operation pattern and external environment for strategic research. According to the strategic research of Shanghai service outsourcing development present situation, from giving full play to three point of view: the advantages of industry competition, Indian development experience for reference and the policy of government support action, then put forward to accelerate the development of Shanghai service outsourcing industry countermeasures.
