上海港口物流的问题与对策研究 摘要：中国港口物流业作为体现国家综合竞争力（尤其是经济实力）表现的核心行业，一直都保持着稳定持续的发展。自加入世界贸易组织以来，中国港口物流的发展更为迅速。上海作为全国经济增长主要城市，其港口物流也随之迅速发展，集装箱吞吐量及货物吞吐量多次排名世界第一，成为世界著名港口之一。在取得如此优异成绩的同时，不可避免的出现了问题。如何认识与解决上海港口物流问题成为发展上海港口物流业的关键。在此背景下，本通过上海港口物流发展中涉及到的关键因素及现状进行分析总结，以更加清晰了解上海港口物流的问题。在此基础上，全面阐述了上海港口物流的现状、发展状况及发展中优劣势，并从上海港口物流软环境、基础设施建设、体制法规、行业管理方面论述上海港口物流产生问题的原因。依据上海港口物流问题的原因分析，结合国外港口物流的成功发展经验，有针对性的提出相关对策。6029 关键词：上海港口；物流；港口物流问题；发展对策 Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Shanghai Port Logistics Abstract: Chinarsquo;s port logistics industry, as core industry that represents performance of national comprehensive competitiveness (particularly in economic), is developing in a steady and sustain condition. After Chinarsquo;s accession to the WTO, the development of Chinarsquo;s port logistics keeps a faster developing. Shanghai, as a major city that supports the economic growth of China, Shanghai port logistics industry also develops quickly with the development of the Chinese economy. The annual container throughput and annual cargo handling capacity of Shanghai port has ranked first for many times and thus made it as one of the world famous ports. Though great performance has been made by Shanghai port, some inevitable problems emerged at the same time. The key to develop Shanghai port logistics industry become how to find and settle problems occur during the process of developing Shanghai port logistics industry. In this context, the article tends to give a clear idea of the problems of Shanghai port logistics through making analysis and summary of key factors and current situation refer to development of Shanghai port logistics.
