This paper discusses the Web-based information publishing system design and implementation process. This system is on the basis of the LAN or WAN, using C/Sframework structure, the intelligent display different content publishing system. In this paper, a systematic analysis on the basis of the system is pided into data receiver module, to control the sending module and the terminal display module, explore theroles and functions of each module, and describes the design and implementation process of the main module.
