类风湿关节炎患者抗环瓜氨酸肽\角质蛋白抗体与类风湿因子相关性探析[摘　要]　目的：对类风湿性关节炎患者血清抗环瓜氨酸肽（CCP）、角质蛋白抗体（AKA）和类风湿因子（RF）进行检测，并对这些抗体间相关性进行探讨。方法：采用酶免疫法检测抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体；间接免疫荧光法（IIF）检测AKA；采用乳胶凝集法检测RF；采用卡方检验对结果进行统计学比较。结果：RA患者血清中抗CCP阳性率83.3%（75/90），AKA（1∶10）阳性率44.4%（40/90），RF（1∶20）阳性率66.7%（60/90）。结论：虽然RA患者血清中可出现上述三种抗体，但AKA与抗CCP、AKA与RF之间无相关性，而抗CCP与RF之间有相关性。 [关键词]　类风湿关节炎；抗环瓜氨酸肽；角质蛋白抗体；类风湿因子 Discussion on Correlation between Cyclic Citrullinated Peptid, Antikeratin antibody, and Rheumatoid Factor in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis CHEN Ji-cai,LIN Qiu-qiang,CHEN Ren,et al. Methods： The study applied the enzyme immunoassay for the detection of cyclic citrullinated peptid(CCP); applied the indirect immunofluorescence(IIF)for the detection of antikeratin antibody(AKA); applied the latex agglutination for the detection of rheumatoid factor(RF); and applied the chi square test to statistically compare these results.Results ：The positive rate of cyclic citrullinated peptid(CCP)of the serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis was 83.3%(75/90), the positive rate of antikeratin antibody(1:10)was 44.4%(40/90), and the positive rate of rheumatoid factor(1:20)was 66.7%(60/90).Conclusion ：That although the three above-mentioned antibodies could be found in the serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, there was no correlation between antikeratin antibody(AKA)and the other antibodies, while there was correlation between cyclic citrullinated peptid(CCP)and rheumatoid factor(RF).
