安徽医学 2009 年第30 卷第6 期 Anhui Medical Journal Vol.30,No.6,Jun.2009 663 老年急性脑出血患者血清C 反应蛋白水平及其动态变化 朱正武 殷晓明 李晋萍 杨慧清 ［摘 要］ 目的 研究老年急性脑出血患者血清C 反应蛋白含量的动态变化及其与出血体积、预后的关系。 方法 将44 例急性脑 出血患者，均于出现症状24h 内入组，40 例健康对照者来自本院健康体检中心。在入院时及第1、2、3、4 、6、10 天各留取血液标本1 次，采 用免疫散射比浊法测定C 反应蛋白。出血体积为CT 经Simes Somatom 所提供的软件测得。神经功能恢复评定标准为修正的Rankin 等级 评分。 结果 C 反应蛋白水平第2 天达到高峰，从发病开始的C 反应蛋白水平均与最终的脑出血体积存在正相关关系,第2 天相关关系 最为密切(r=0．781 ，P0，001) 。且与Rankin 等级评分(r=0.653，P0，001)相关。 结论 血清中C 反应蛋白水平含量的测定可能反映急性脑 出血患者的出血体积，还可以预测患者的预后。 ［关键词］C 反应蛋白; 脑出血；预后 doi:10.3969/j.issn.1000-0399.2009.06.34 Dynamic changes of serum C-reactive protein concetrations with hemorrhage volume in acute cerebral hemorrhage Zhu Zhengwu, Yin Xiaoming, Li Jinping, et al Department of Geriatric Medicine, Anqing Municipal Hospital, the Affiliated Anqing hospital of Anhui Medical Unversity Anhui Anqing , 246003 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation of serum C-reactive protein concentrations with hemorrhage volume in acute cere－ bral hemorrhage. Methods Forty-Four patients in our Hospital with acute cerebral hemorrhage presenting less than 24 hours after symptom onset were incorporated intothe study．Serum CRP protein levels were determined on hospital admission and 1,2,3,4,6 an d 10 days after symptom onset．Functional outcome in 3 months after stroke(modified Rankin scale score)and final hemorrha volume on day 7 were determined by means of standardized volumetry of brain images. Resealts The CRP concentration reached a maximun on day 2．The level of CRP on day 2 was well correlated with the hemorrhage volume (r=0．781,P0．001),and the level of CRP on day 2 Was also well correlated with the hemorrhage volume (r=0．937．P0．001)and with the clinical outcome assessed with modified Rankin scale score(r=0.653,P0．001). Conclusion CRP in blood dur－ ing acute stroke are useful markers of hemorrhage volume,an
