Cardiology, The First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Zunyi Medical University, Zunyi 530021, China) Abstract：Objective establishing a rabbit myocardial infarction reperfusion and vascular injury model to provide a feasible animal model for studying myocardial remodeling and vascular remodeling after myocardial infarction in the same individual.Methods 40 male white rabbits were anesthetized with pentobarbital sodium. Anterior thoracotomy was performed with coursing down the middle of the anterolateral surface of the left ventricle (LV) ligated to establish myocardial infarction reperfusion model. Conclusion It is feasible of us to establish double model of myocardial infarction reperfusion and vascular injury,which can be provide a viable animal model for studying cardiac remodeling and vascular remodeling in the same individual after myocardial infarction.
