An anterior surgical treatment of cervical fracture and dislocation [Keywords:] cervical [Abstract] Objective To investigate the AXIS lateral mass plate and anterior cervical locking plate fixation system in the treatment of cervical fracture dislocation. Methods A retrospective analysis of cervical fracture and dislocation treatment of combined anterior and 8 patients with results of the surgery in treatment of 8 patients bone fusion, effective and reliable, plate and screw loosening or graft displacement phenomenon, with no postoperative neurologic deterioration, symptoms improved to varying degrees. conclusions anterior joint application can immediately rebuild the stability of the cervical spine , is conducive to the recovery of spinal cord injury. [Keywords:] cervical fracture and dislocation, spinal cord injuries, internal fixation [Abstract] Objective To study the application of Axis cervical lateral mass plate and anterior cervical self-locking plate systems for the treatment of fracture and dislocations of the cervical spine.Methods Eight patients were treated with the single-stage combined anterior-posterior operation after fracture and dislocation of cervical spine were retrospectively analyzed.Result The 8 cases treated with the single-stage combined anterior-posterior operation obtainded solid bony fusion and rliable effect, with no looseness of plate screws, no displacement of the bone graft, or neurological deterioration , and improved some symptoms.Conclusion The cervical anterior and posterior operation can restructure the cervical stability inmmediately, benefit spine cord injury recovery.
