The results showed thatbuds color ofm icrospore lateuninucleatewere yellowgreen and the color of antherswere light yellow.W hile flower bud diameter ofZanhuangdazao was about27mm and theheight was about 16mm. Flower bud diameters of Junzao , Pingguozao andLizao were about20mm and their height were bewt een 11mm and 18mm. Flower bud diameter ofw ild Jujubewas about 19mm, and the heightwas about 10mm.W e can judge the development stages ofm icrospore bymorphological characteristics of flower organs so as to define the standard ofbud selection in correspondencew ith theoptmi alstage of anther cultureorm icrospore cul ture.
