A business must first determine its goals at a particular time in the future and then consider how to plan and formulate strategies to make its goals come true.
I. target overview
(1) the relationship between the enterprise objective and the plan; the enterprise goal is the stage, the goal or the final goal of the enterprises all production and operation activities. Pyramid top is the task of an enterprise, that is, the overall goal of the enterprise. The overall target is based directly on the selected task. Next, the strategic plan, segmentation goals and action plans are drawn from the overall goals. Strategic plans are generally made by senior management within the organization.
