金银花对梗阻性黄疸大鼠肠道菌群失调调整作用[摘要] 目的 研究金银花水提取物能否扶植肠道正常菌群生长，从而调整因胆道梗阻造成的大鼠肠道菌群失调。 方法 Wistar大鼠80只，随机抽取16只作为假手术组，其余64只大鼠造成梗阻性黄疸模型后随机分成四组，每组16只，分别以金银花（金银花组），丽珠肠乐（丽珠肠乐组）、金银花与丽珠肠乐合剂（金丽合剂组）、生理盐水（梗黄模型自然恢复组）灌胃，灌胃4 d、8 d后分别处死大鼠检测肠道菌群、细菌易位数。 结果 梗阻性黄疸模型组与假手术组相比，肠道菌群数量和比例发生显著变化，肠道菌群失调。各治疗组经治疗后肠道菌群恢复，金银花与丽珠肠乐同时使用治疗效果最佳。 结论 胆道梗阻时，肠内缺乏胆汁酸，抑制革兰阴性菌能力减弱，肠道菌群失调，中药金银花可以作为微生态调节剂，调整肠道菌群失调。 [关键词] 梗阻性黄疸；菌群失调；金银花；细菌易位 [中图分类号] R575；R285.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673—9701（2012）24—0003—02 The adjustment of double flower on obstructive jaundice rats intestinal microflora imbalance YANG Chunjia1 SU Dewang2 WANG Yuesheng2 ZHANG Kun1 MA Shuxia1 LI Liqiu1 CUI Gang1 1.Department of Microbiology，College of Basical Medical Science，Jiamusi University，Jiamusi 154007，China；2.Department of General Surgery，the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University，Jiamusi 154002，China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine—double flower wether can be microecological modulator so as to adjust obstructive jaundice rats intestinal microflora imbalance by propping up intestinal normal microbial population. Methods Among 80 Wistar rats，16 Wistar rats were randomly extracted as pseudo—operation group，other 64 rats were obstructive jaundice group.
