预算管理的现状与对策研究 摘 要 预算管理是企业管理的一个重要组成部分。改革开放以来，我国引进了很多先进的管理方法，其中也包括预算管理的理论。由于我国历史等特殊原因，预算管理在我国的应用过程中，出现了许多问题，学者们纷纷提出自己的对策以望解决这些问题。本文先对预算管理的概念进行概述，而后介绍国外预算管理的现状，概括介绍了现在比较流行的的几种观念，最后阐述了我国学者对全面预算管理在我国实践中存在的问题和对策的研究。通过本文的归纳总结，便于大家对预算管理的现状及其对策有个比较系统的了解。 关键词：预算管理 现状 问题 对策 The Research about the Present Situation and the Countermeasure of the Budget Management ABSTRACT The budget management is an important constituent of the business management.
