外照射、热疗及超激光对荷VX2瘤兔白细胞介素影响 　 作者：刘建国　韩秋菊　尉继伟 【摘要】 　　［目的］ 观察外照射（teletherapy）、局部热疗（local hyperthermia）、超激光（super lizer,SL）对荷VX2瘤兔的治疗作用，及其细胞因子的改变。 ［方法］ 将健康雄性3年的新西兰大白兔80只，分成四组，外照射组（外放组）、体外高频热疗组（热疗组）、超激光治疗组（激光组）和对照组各20只。观察肿瘤直径、生存期，同时检测白细胞介素,2、6、8（IL,2、IL,6、IL,8）在VX2瘤移植前、后以及治疗1、3、4周后的变化情况。［结果］ 经治疗肿瘤直径从大到小和生存期从长至短依次为激光组、对照组、热疗组、外放组；VX2瘤移植成功后细胞因子的变化为IL,2、IL,8降低，IL,6增高，治疗4周后IL,2、IL,8逐渐降低，IL,6逐渐增高；IL,2、IL,6的变化程度外放组与热疗组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05)，激光组各细胞因子与对照组差异无显著性（Pgt;0.05）。［结论］ VX2种植成功后对宿主细胞免疫产生明显的抑制作用。外照射对其疗效明显好于热疗，且较明显地扭转其免疫过程。超激光治疗对VX2瘤无效。 【关键词】 外照射　高温疗法　超激光　VX2瘤　细胞因子 Abstract: ［Purpose］ To investigate the effect of teletherapy, local hyperthermia and super lizer cytokines in VX2,bearing rabbits and the compact on cytokines. ［Methods］ Eighty white health male rabbits were divided into four groups (teletherapy group, local hyperthermia group, super lizer group and control group, 20 rabbits for each group). Tumor diameter, time of survival changes of IL,2, IL,6, IL,8 before and after VX2 carcinoma transplantation and 1, 3, 4 weeks after treatment were observed. ［Results］ The tumor diameter and time of survival after treatment in descending order were as following: super lizer group, control group, hyperthermia group and teletherapy group. The levels of IL,2 and IL,8 increased and the level of IL,6 decreased. After 4 weeks of treatment the levels of IL,2, IL,8 were getting lower and the level of IL,6 was getting higher gradually in all groups. There was significantly difference between teletherapy group and hyperthermia group in the levels of IL,2 and IL,6（P＜0.05). There was no significant difference with cytokines between super lizer group and control group.［Conclusion］The bearing of VX2 carcinoma obviously inhibited host immunity. The treatment effect of teletherapy was better than that of hyperthermia. Teletherapy can obviously improve the host immunity.Super lizer has no effect on VX2 carcinoma.
