特色护理对提高患者生活质量影响 　摘 要 目的：探讨社区病房建立“阳光档案”开展特色护理对老年慢性病患者生活质量的影响。方法：收集 2013年6月至2015年6月 “阳光档案”中的老年慢性病患者82例，开展特色护理，并采用改良Barthel指数评定量表、健康状况调查问卷（SF-36）、汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）对特色护理前后患者生活质量进行评估。结果：特色护理前患者Barthel指数、SF-36以及HAMD评分分别为（45.73plusmn;9.10）分、（476.79plusmn;49.63）分和（15.78plusmn;4.58）分，特色护理8周后评分分别为（59.64plusmn;4.58）分、（579.48plusmn;66.78）分和（11.88plusmn;3.18）分，护理前后评分差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：建立“阳光档案”开展特色护理既突出了个性化的护理理念，对建立良好护患关系及提高患者生活质量均有重要意义。　　关键词 慢性病； 特色护理； 生活质量； 老年人　　中图分类号：R47 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）24-0032-03　　Effect of special nursing on improving the life quality of patients　　WANG Liqun， HUA Ying， ZHOU Chenjia　　（Jiangpu Community Health Service Center of Yangpu District， Shanghai 200092， China）　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the establishment of “sunshine archives” in the community ward to carry out special nursing to influence the life quality of elderly patients with chronic diseases. Methods： From June 2013 to June 2015， 82 cases of chronic diseases in “sunshine archives” were collected and the special nursing was carried out for them. The modified Barthel index rating scale， short-form-36 health survey （SF-36） and Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） were used to assess the life quality of the patients before and after the special nursing. Results： The Barthel index， SF-36 and HAMD scores were 45.73plusmn;9.10， 476.79plusmn;49.63 and 15.78plusmn;4.58 in the patients before the special nursing， respectively. After 8 weeks of special nursing， the scores were 59.64plusmn;4.58， 579.48plusmn;66.78 and 11.88plusmn;3.18， respectively and before and after nursing and their differences were statistically significant （Plt;0.05）.
