社区护理质量评价指标体系探究及思索 　　摘 要 护理质量评价是质量管理的关键环节，本文通过文献回顾论述了国内社区护理质量评价指标体系的研究进展和国外社区护理质量评价的情况，并在此基础上归纳了社区护理质量评价指标体系中指标选择的依据和来源。本文还总结了社区护理质量评价指标体系的建立方法，并归纳了我国常见的评价指标体系构架。社区护理正处于迅速发展阶段，服务功能日益完善，但也存在各地区发展不均衡现象。在现阶段制定权威且统一的社区护理质量评价指标体系比较困难。但在社区护理工作发展到一定阶段时，实行统一的社区护理质量评价指标体系是必然趋势。　　关键词 社区护理 护理质量评价 指标体系　　中图分类号：R473.2 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）18-0016-03　　Research and thinking of the community nursing quality evaluation index system*　　SUN Wei， ZHENG Jiaping， KANG Beibei　　（Huajing Community Health Service Center of Xuhui District， Shanghai 200231， China）　　ABSTRACT Nursing quality evaluation is the key link of the quality management. Through literature review， this article discusses the research progress of the community nursing quality evaluation index system at home and the community nursing quality evaluation at abroad， on this basis， and summarizes the basis and source of index selection in the community nursing quality evaluation system. This paper also summarizes the establishment method of the quality evaluation index system of the community nursing， and induces the framework of the common evaluation index system in China. Community nursing is in a stage of rapid development， its service function is becoming more and more perfect， but there exist the phenomena of unbalanced development in various regions. At the present stage， it is difficult to develop an authoritative and unified evaluation index system of the community nursing quality. But when the community nursing work develops to a certain stage， it is an inevitable trend to carry out the unified evaluation index system of the community nursing quality.　　KEY WORDS community nursing； nursing quality evaluation； index system　　护理质量管理是护理管理的核心，护理质量的评价是质量管理的关键环节。随着社区护理工作的快速发展，护理服务范畴越来越宽泛，社区护理质量评价的内容也随之改变。近10年来，国内护理专家对其所在地区社区护理质量评价指标体系做了不少研究，但是均不能适用于所有地区，所以目前仍没有一个统一的社区护理质量评价指标体系，而多数社区护理服务仍沿用二、三级综合医院改良后的护理质量评价指标[1]，不能完全满足社区护理服务的管理与发展。本文通过文献回顾，整合我国关于社区护理质量评价指标体系的研究内容，归纳常见社区护理质量评价的架构及指标，尝试建立一套综合各方优势的社区护理质量评价指标体系。　　1 国外社区护理质量评价体
