脑梗死综合康复治疗效果评估及分析 　[摘要]目的 研究脑梗死综合康复治疗的应用意义。方法 于2014年3月～2015年2月我院收治的脑梗死患者中随机抽取88例作为研究对象。将其随机分为常规康复组44例和综合康复组44例。常规康复组采取常规康复治疗，综合康复组采取综合康复治疗。比较两组患者神经功能康复效果；干预前后患者神经功能缺损评分、认知功能评分、运动功能评分、日常生活活动能力评分的差异。结果 ①综合康复组神经功能康复效果优于常规康复组（Plt;0.01）；②干预前两组神经功能缺损评分、认知功能评分比较，差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）；干预后综合康复组神经功能缺损评分、认知功能评分较常规康复组改善显著，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；③干预前两组运动功能评分、日常生活活动能力评分比较，差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）；干预后综合康复组运动功能评分、日常生活活动能力评分较常规康复组改善显著，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 脑梗死综合康复治疗的应用效果确切，可有效改善患者神经功能和认知功能，促进其运动功能和日常生活活动能力的提高，对患者预后有益，值得推广。　　[关键词]脑梗死；康复治疗；神经功能缺损评分；认知功能；日常生活活动能力　　[中图分类号] R743.33 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）10（a）-0062-04　　[Abstract]Objective To study the application meaning of cerebral infarction rehabilitation therapy.Methods 88 cerebral infarction patients who were admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2015 were randomly selected as the object.The above 88 cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into routine rehabilitation group （44 cases） and comprehensive rehabilitation group （44 cases）.Patients in routine rehabilitation group were used routine rehabilitation therapy and patients in comprehensive rehabilitation group were used comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.The rehabilitation effects of nerve function，differences in nerve function defect score and cognitive function score before and after intervention，differences in motor function score and activities of daily living score before and after intervention were compared.Results ①Comprehensive rehabilitation group had higher nerve function rehabilitation effect compared with routine rehabilitation group（Plt;0.01）.②Before intervention，the two groups had similar nerve function defect score and cognitive function score （Pgt;0.05）.After intervention，comprehensive rehabilitation group improved more obvious in nerve function defect score and cognitive function score compared with routine rehabilitation group（Plt;0.05）.③Before intervention，the two groups had similar motor function score and activities of daily living scor
