关于 功能化高等教育教学模式 的研究 摘 要 本文采用系统分析的方法 通过要素分析和对国内外现有教学模式进行的 对比分析 在给出新的教学模式模型的基础上 指出了我国高等教育目前在人 才 培养方面表现出来的高消耗 高成本 低效率的缺陷 提出了 功能化高 等教育教学模式 的概念 并以 教学内容 这个教学要素为切入点 深入 系统地论述了 功能化高等教育教学模式 下要素间形成的有效的相互作用关 系 提出了以知识点 能力点 应用点的 三点式互动结构 为主要特征的 功 能化高等教育教材 的新教材模式 进而论述了在 功能化高等教育教学模式 下我国高等教育人才培养将走向高效率 低消耗 低成本的高效能人才培养之 路 从而有效实现培养和提高大学生素质和能力的教育目标 与此同时 本文 还对在实施 功能化高等教育教学模式 的过程中存在的问题和难度进行了论 述 并给出了实施的原则 主要途径和具体措施 关键词 功能化 高等教育 教学模式 教材 系统分析 要素分析 Study on the Functional Teaching Model for Higher Education Abstract With the help of the method of systems analysis, this thesis points out the limitations of cultivating talents in present higher education and defines the new concept of the Functional Teaching Model (FTM) for higher education. Under the new FTM, the thesis enriches the meaning of the “teaching content” that is an essential factor in the new teaching model, and puts forward a Functional Teaching Textbooks Model for Higher Education characterized by the combination of three points: knowledge in subjects, ability of analyzing and solving problems and applications of science and technology. By using FTM, students in higher education will not only have a better command of knowledge, but also build a good capability of analyzing and solving problems. And more importantly, FTM will bring us a new way to foster higher educational talents at a low cost and with high efficiency. In addition, the thesis also discusses the problems and difficulties in implementing FTM and advances the principles, main approaches and concrete steps for carrying out it.
