国际直接投资与我国产业结构之研究 论文提要 随着全球经济一体化的进一步深入 国际直接投资无论在投资国还是东道 国 逐渐演变为理论界与实务界所共同关注的热点问题之一 先前的研究人员从 技术外溢 出口 劳动就业 产业转移等方面从国际直接投资对一国产业乃至整 体经济的影响进行过多方面 多角度的探讨 技术外溢 增加出口 提升就业对 我国经济的发展固然又很大的促进作用 但是我国是一个发展中的大国 尽管我 们拥有发展中国家的后发优势 拥有廉价的劳动力 拥有庞大的消费市场 但是 根本而言 我国的产业竞争力还很虚弱 我们的产业结构还很不完善 没有完整 有效的产业结构 我们就没有可持续发展的基础 当前我国在利用国际直接投资方面已经步入了一个新的阶段 束缚我国经济 进一步发展的首要问题不再是资金短缺 技术落后 而是我国的产业结构 本文 正是从研究国际直接理论与产业结构以及产业结构升级的理论出发 引入产业结 构变异度 建立计量模型 对改革开放以来我国产业结构变化 实际利用直接投 资以及我国国民生产总值等数据进行了实证分析 结果表明我国目前在利用国际 直接投资时 必须充分考虑是否能够改善产业结构 实现产业结构的升级 本文的主要特色是在传统研究课题上独辟蹊径 将直接投资理论与产业结构 理论相融合 并结合我国实际经济运行数据进行实证分析 为我国进一步有效利 用国际直接投资提供了理论基础并提出相应的政策建议 1 国际直接投资与我国产业结构之研究 Abstract With the further development of global integration, foreign direct investment (FDI) plays an ever- increasing important role in the world economic development. We understand that FDI can enhance the industrial competitiveness and boost the economic development in term of technical overflow, export rise, employment growth and industrial transfer etc. As a large developing country, China enjoys late-developing advantage, cheap labors force and huge customer base, but the competitiveness of its industries and the industrial structure are still weak. Without a complete effective industrial structure, the sustained development of China is out of question. China has come into a new era with respect to the usage of FDI. The number one obstacle is not capital shortage, technical backwardness but industrial structure defect.
