体外超短波联合野菊花栓及甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片治疗IIIa型前列腺 　 作者：马文波 郜新春 霍墨林 武俊平 张燕 【摘要】 　　目的 观察体外超短波联合野菊花栓及甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片治疗Ⅲa型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法 将150例Ⅲa型前列腺炎患者随机分为2组，治疗组75例予体外超短波（每次20 min，每日1次）联合野菊花栓（每次1枚，每晚1次肛门给药）及甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片（每次4 mg，每晚1次睡前服）治疗，对照组75例单纯予体外超短波治疗。2组均14日为1个疗程，1个疗程后统计临床疗效和治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)。结果 2组治疗后与本组治疗前NIH-CPSI评分比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）；2组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01），治疗组改善情况优于对照组。治疗组显效率、总有效率分别为74.67%、97.33%，对照组显效率、总有效率分别为24.00%、61.33%，2组显效率和总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论 体外超短波联合野菊花栓及甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片治疗Ⅲa型前列腺炎疗效确切。 【关键词】 多沙唑嗪 慢性病 前列腺炎 肾上腺素能α拮抗剂 菊花 短波疗法 　　Clinical observation of integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine therapy in the treatment of chronic prostatitis 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Traditional and Western Medicine therapy on chronic prostatitis. Methods 150 patients with prostatitic of Ⅲa type were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group (n=75) were treated by combination of extraorgan short wave therapy (once 20 mins/day), wild chrysanthemum suppos. (a piece, once a day, take by anus) and controlled release tablets of Doxazosini Mesylas (40 mg, once a day). Patinets in control group (n=75) were treated by extraorgan short wave therapy.Results There were significant differences on NICH-CPSI total score between two groups, before and after treatment (P<0.05,P<0.01). The obvious effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group (74.67%, 97.33% ) were higher than those in control group (24.00%, 61.33%, P<0.05). The clinical effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05).
