[Abstract] because of the teachers mistake in the teaching process, the mistake of the relation between the subject and the object, and the mistake of the teaching method, the operation of the power in the classroom teaching is out of balance. By changing the concept of teacher education, the construction of democracy and equality cooperation between teachers and students; control means diversification; reshaping the authority of teachers strategies, teachers play the power correctly and effectively, so as to realize the classroom standardization, systemization and scientification and humanization.
Classroom teaching, teacher power, imbalance, countermeasures
Teacher power refers to the regulation power given by the educational system to teachers profession. These powers are necessary for teachers to carry out teaching and educating activities. However, teacher power, like other powers, has a problem of how to use it properly. At present, the new curriculum reform puts forward the new goal of students autonomous learning and independent development. Accordingly, the problems of teaching and learning, the status of teachers and students are re examined and adjusted in classroom teaching. The overflow of power and the paradox of power operation are the most obvious problems in the operation of the classroom teaching power of basic education.
