Semen parameters are important index which could reflect the semen quality, while the morphology is a important part of semen parameters. Sperm morphology plays a great role in evaluating the sperm fertilizing ability and predicting the outcomes of assisted reproductive technology (ART). In the World Health Organization (WHO) guideline: when the proportion of abnormal morphology sperm is above the 70% in semen, it is called teratozoospermia. The poorer the sperm morphology is, the lower the natural pregnancy is achieved. Some teratozoospermia patients have to resort to ART to satisfy their need of fertility. So we must evaluate precisely the sperm morphology, but also find the suitable sperm preparation method and assisted reproductive technology which could fit the teratozoospermia person, in order to improve their fertility. Objective To find the simple, quick and precise sperm morphology stain method which is suitable for clinical analysis to facilitate the assessment of sperm morphology; To seek the appropriate sperm preparation method and assisted reproductive technology for teratozoospermia person in order to improve the clinical pregnancy rate of such patients. 1.
