Abstract of the enterprises core competitive, and enrich the content of the theory of core competence theory and knowledge management from the perspective of knowledge management. Basing on these theoretical analysis, studying constitutive factors the core competitiveness of the knowledge management, selecting the evaluation index, building the assessment system of the knowledge management impacting on the enterprises core competitiveness and the using multivariate statistical analysis of the factor analysis, makes the core competitiveness of enterprises this abstract concept to be quantified, and build the evaluation model of knowledge management on the enterprises core competitiveness. Then the theoretical model is used in researching the core competitiveness of listed companies in Tianjin, to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model, it provides a new perspective to the theories and methods for the evaluating the core competitiveness of enterprises. Finally, basing on the constituent elements of the enterprise’s core competitiveness and the operation of knowledge management, the paper gives some suggestions on how to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness, for the enterprises to survive and develop in an increasingly competitive market environment.
