水针及硬膜外麻分娩镇痛临床效果分析 　【关键词】 水针 　　摘要：目的：探讨水针与孕妇自控硬膜外麻镇痛（PCEA）镇痛效果及对产程、新生儿的影响。方法：随机选85例穴位注射水，83例硬膜外麻醉，86例为对照组；观察镇痛效果、产程、出血量、新生儿评分。结果：水针组和PCEA组镇痛效果、第一产程时间、剖宫产率与对照组比较有非常显著性差异（Plt;0.01）；水针组和对照组第二产程时间及催产素使用情况与PCEA组比较有显著性差异(Plt;0.05)。三组第三产程时间、出血量、新生儿评分比较均无显著性差异Pgt;0.05)。结论：水针与PCEA镇痛效果好，对母儿均无不良影响，值得临床推广。 　　关键词：水针镇痛；硬外麻镇痛；产程；新生儿 　　Clinical Analysis of Aqua Acupuncture Ease Pain and Patient Controlled Epidural Analgesia 　　PAN Shu-yuan, XIAO Wen-xin, SU Ma 　　(Xinhui Peoples Hospital, Guangdong Xinhui 529100,China) 　　Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of the ease pain, labor process and newborn by respectively ways of the aqua acupuncture ease pain and patient controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA). Method: Choose 85 Aqua acupuncture ease pain, 83 PCEA and 86 the control group at random, and observe the ease pain, labor process, hemorrhage deal and the grade point of newborn. Results: The aqua acupuncture group and the PCEA group in the ease pain effects, the first labor process and the rate of cesarean section were a statistically significant difference in comparison with the control group (Plt;0.01). There were aloes a statistically significant difference between the aqua acupuncture group, the control and the PCEA group in the second labor process , the use of oxytocin (Plt;0.05). All of the above three groups are not a great difference in the third labor process, hemorrhage deal and the grade point of newborn (Pgt;0.05). Conclusion: The aqua acupuncture ease pain and PCEA have a great analgesia effect without any obvious influence on mother and fetus.
