Forum on Development Economics No.1, 2015 25 ◆宁光杰姜现① Guang-jie Ning Xian Jiang 农村外出劳动力参与土地流转的影响因素研究 ——基于宏观和微观因素的综合分析 Study on Factors Influencing Rural to Urban Migrant Workers’ Participation in Land Circulation: A Comprehensive Empirical Analysis Based on Macro and Micro factors 摘要：农村外出劳动力参与土地流转对我国工农业发展和新型城镇化建设具有重要意义。基于2008 年中国城乡移民调查数据（RUMIC），本文在综合考虑宏观因素和微观因素的基础上，建立了农村外出 劳动力参与土地流转的分析框架，并用logistic模型进行了实证检验。研究发现进行土地流转的农民外出 劳动力还不是很多，他们采用的流转形式较为单一。从宏观层面来看，土地流转市场发育不成熟、社会 保障体系不够完善、缺乏健全的土地流转制度阻碍了农村外出劳动力土地流转的积极性；从微观角度来 看，劳动力越年轻，家庭外出劳动力越多、非农就业越稳定、收入越高、就业状态为自我雇佣，选择土 地流转的概率越大。 关键词：土地流转；农村外出劳动力；非农就业 中图分类号：F301.2 文献标识码：A Abstract ：Land circulation is of great significance in development of modern industry and new urbanization. Based on data of The Rural-to-Urban Migration Survey in China (2008), this paper studied migrant workers’ participation in land circulation and its influencing factors meanwhile carried out an empirical analysis using the logistic model.
