论文范文共享（Thesis sharing） Abstract: Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of naringin, a natural drug, on non-small cell lung cancer cell lines in vitro. Methods: the different doses of naringin and non small cell lung cancer cell lines A549 and H460 were incubated in the same time, the cell growth inhibition rate was determined by SRB method; selection of H460 cells at IC50 after 24h treatment the concentration of naringin receiving protein, using Western blot method to explore the mechanism of naringin on non-small cell lung cancer strain. Results: the inhibition rate of naringin on non small cell lung cancer cell lines was dose-dependent, and naringin was more effective on the cell line H460. And affect the signal pathway of cell strain H460.
