顺铂与氟尿嘧啶联合放疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌的长期疗效分析（Long term efficacy of cisplatin and fluorouracil in combination with radiotherapy for advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma） Long term efficacy of cisplatin and fluorouracil in combination with radiotherapy for advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma Update: 12-04 Liu Yulan Liu Shikun Deng Jun (Department of pharmacy, Central South University Xiangya Hospital Changsha 410013) ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE:To evaluate 5-year survival rates and toxicity of chemotherapy (DDP+5-Fu) combined with radiotherapy in patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).METHODS:Data of 960 patients included in 10 randomized trials were meta-analyzed using heterogeneity test and fixed effect model. RESULTS:The 5-year survival rate is different between the radio-chemotherapy group and the radiotherapy group (OR=2.09,95%CI:1.62~2.70, X 2=31.81, df=1 5-year =.The, P 0.001 survival rates among the different radio-chemotherapy groups were no significant difference. The difference of toxicity between the radio-chemotherapy group and the radiotherapy group was significant. CONCLUSION:Chemotherapy (DDP+5-Fu) combined with radioth Erapy, can, increase, the, survival, rate, 5-years, and, the, toxicity, is, improved, accordingly.
