Teachers in all aspects of teaching, students should be based on their psychological characteristics, their language knowledge, their ability to accept, to establish the students as the main body consciousness, there are different requirements for the teaching objectives, teaching design, teaching content, teaching schedule control, changing the mode of teaching, a scientific evaluation system of the king, for all students overall, comprehensively improve the quality of language, promote each student in the most suitable learning environment for the best development. Based on the teaching practice in the past few years, the detailed implementation of the sub level teaching, the cage strategy and the guarantee measures are discussed in detail. With the information and economic globalization of the life of the association, English, as one of the most important information carriers, has played an increasingly important role in international communication and competition in various fields. The time-consuming and inefficient factors in English Teaching in senior high school have seriously restricted the improvement of students English proficiency at all levels. Although teaching materials are continually updated and the new English curriculum standard called has been implemented, with the same materials, the same standards, the same teaching model to cultivate the students of different levels, obviously can not achieve good result
