上市民企的整合策略研究（Research on the integration strategy of Listed Private Enterprises） According to statistics, the private enterprises have become the first major shareholders of listed companies or actual operating rights as the basis to define the private listed companies, as of the end of 2002, there are more than 180 private listed companies in the mainland stock market, more than 120 of which are formed through the backdoor listing (the year distribution of Figure 1).
