China employees are no longer on the foreign enterprises at first sight, more and more people began to favor private enterprises. Foreign enterprises and private enterprises have broken the existing pattern of talent competition, and there has been a shift.
Over the past thirty years, foreign enterprises have been a glorious history in China, once as a ldquo rdquo, to China; a gilded signboard; staff fascinated. However, a recent survey by manpower: private enterprise talent attraction starts to increase the attractiveness of foreign-funded enterprises relatively few years ago has begun to wane.
Talent competition pattern changes
The term ldquo is a survey of the talent competitiveness of foreign and private enterprises. rdquo shows that, while the private enterprises are developing rapidly, their attraction and competitiveness to talents are also increasing. China employees are no longer on the foreign enterprises at first sight, more and more people began to favor and choice of private enterprises.
Preferred private enterprises increased by 5%
The survey shows that echoes with the development of private enterprises is changed obviously tend to seek work enterprises preferred more and more private enterprises preferred candidate: candidate proportion increased by 5 percentage points higher than in 2006, while foreign companies preferred ratio has dropped by 10 percentage points.
According to the survey, the candidates in the Southern China district are more inclined to choose private enterprises, because the local private enterprises are relatively mature and have taken the lead in introducing the modern enterprise system.
With the rapid development of private enterprises and the promotion of competitive status, the pressure of foreign enterprises to retain managers is increasing. The manpower survey found, such pressure will be enhanced and sustained.
