College of Economics and Management, Henan Agricultural University, Zhengzhou 450002, China) Abstract: Based on the perspective of renting out farmland, the theoretical analysis shows that the farmland registration and certification has an uncertain effect on the transfer of farmland management right. Its function depends on the comprehensive effect formed by the transmission factors, which including agricultural production incentives, transaction cost, transaction price and linkage of the rural factor market. Among them, the changes of marginal revenue curve of renting ou
