生产率与人力资本(Productivity and human capital)
Human capital is one of the most important assets of a company. This concept is one of the most neglected aspects of manufacturing companies (especially in the lean improvement process). Human capital is the cornerstone of lean production environment, because only the full use of staff can improve the competitive edge and promote the growth of the company. In fact, human capital is the only asset that companies can really add value to.
The question is too timely because the collective value of employees is shifting, and the wave of retirement for the generation of high birth rates is around the corner. In the past, workers felt satisfied as long as they could work with both hands. And now, what level of employees want to be able to give full play to their ability and cleverness, meet their sense of achievement and sense of trust in … … and improve job satisfaction through continuous learning, and actively participate in progress.
In recent years, because the TOYOTA lean production (Toyota) and Pella (Pella) and other companies have achieved great success and well known. Because many lean practitioners have made full use of lean tools but there is no obvious increase in investment under the condition of its profitability increased two to three times. These results show that it is important to respect the value of employees and make them the core of lean processes.
We should respect the value of employees, the main lean tools include: (1) give full play to the staffs ability and cleverness; (2) let the staff know all the work flow; (3) for recognition and reward for employees; (4) the integration of the resources of the company, is committed to collective innovation.
