· I · 教师评价对班级凝聚力的影响 —— 基于一位小学教师的质性研究 摘 要 班级凝聚力是班级管理中的一个重要构成要素， 它从多个层面展示一 个班级的生机与活力。教师的评价语是教师教学评价行为中的一个重要 组成部分，它对构成班级凝聚力相关的因素有直接的影响。教师恰当的 评价是促进班级凝聚力建设的一个切入点。 基于影响班级凝聚力的五个维度即班级的人际关系、班主任向心力、 班级制度的维护、班级活动的顺利展开与班级目标的实现，本文呈现教 师如何在这几个方面对学生行为表现进行评价的案例，并对相关案例进 行解释性分析。总结出影响班级凝聚力的教师评价有教师对学生的评价 要适时；评价语言要适度；多种评价方式相结合；教师对学生的评价要 具有引导性；注重不同的评价场合。 对于以上的结论， 对教师提出相关的建议。即教师对学生的评价要客 观适时；注重运用恰当的评价语言；灵活运用不同的评价方式；在不同 的评价场合体现尊重学生的原则；注重对学生引导，提升理论修养。 关键词：教师评价语 班级凝聚力 质性研究 · II · The impact of teachers’ evaluative on the class cohesion ——Qualitative research based on a primary elementary teacher Abstract The class cohesion is an important element of class management, it shows a class’ vitality and dynamism from multiple profiles. Teachers’ evaluative language affects factors of the class cohesion directly . Teachers’ proper evaluative language is a breakthrough point to construct of the class cohesion. According to the purpose of the research, the author based on the five dimensions of influencing the class cohesion, which are class’ relationship, class’ centripetal force, the maintenance of the class system, class’ activities develop smoothly and the achievement of class’ goal, presents some cases aboat how teachers to evaluate students and then explains the related cases. Based on the cases, the author brings aboat some conclusions aboat how teachers’s evaluative language affect the class cohesion. It includes the timeliness of teachers’ evaluation; the accuracy of teachers’ evaluative language; the diversity of evaluative methods; the directions of evaluation and the different evaluative situations. Depend on the suggestions, teachers evaluate students timely and objectively; different evaluation methods should be used; the principle of respecting students should be showed in different occasions; teachers pay close attention to directions and learn evaluative theory .
