It can provide effective new methods and tools for the bone disease pathogenesis analysis, clinical diagnosis, surgery and efficacy evaluation. This article focus on the applying multi-slice spiral CT, MRI advances of medical imaging for the osteopathic medicine from some aspects that includes the ankle orthopedic trauma, the occult and subtlefractures,jaw tumors and spinalfractures. However, because the development of the modern theory of dis鄄 ease and medical technology, the medical imagings theory, technology and systems are also need to be resolved, the paper concludeswith an outlook the development of molecular imaging in clinical medicine and hope to provide a ref鄄 erencefor the developmentofmedicalimaging.
