The sensitivity analysis showed that the road traffic noise in congested condition was sensitive to the driver ’s follow behavior and the driver ’s reaction to the traffic signals, of which the driver ’s follow behavior could contribute 2.07 dB to the traffic noise. While in non- congested condition, driver ’s behavior had little influence on traffic noise. It was shown that the influence of the driver ’s behavior on noise emission energy in the whole area is similar to the value of L Aeq by the roadside, nevertheless the influence of the driver ’s behavior on noise emission energy measured in unit trip distance appears contradict to th
