Methods ： Im m unohistochem istry was used to detect the expression of TN C in 70 cases of e p ithelial ovarian can cer , 10 cases of borderline ovarian tissue and 10 cases of norm al ovarian tissues . The expression of TNC was observed between the e p ithelial ovarian cancer and the pathological ty p e , diffe ren tiation degree and c lin ic a l stage re la tionsh ip . Results ： Im m unohistochem ical result showed that the positive expression rate of TN C in e p ithelial ovarian cancer was higher than non ovarian cancer tissue ( P 0. 05) . The expression of TN C was related to e p ithelial ovarian cancer d iffe re n tia tio n , c lin ic a l stage , w hether w ith omentum and lym phatic m etastasis , preoperative C A 125 ( P 0. 05 ) , had nothing to do w ith age , pathological typ e ( P 0. 05 ) . Conclusion ： TNC is h igh ly expressed in e p ithelial ovarian ca n cer,w hich is positively correlated w ith the degree of d iffe re n tia tio n , c lin ic a l stage, omentum me ­ tastasis , positive lym ph node metastasis and preoperative C
