中国机械工程第18卷第9期2007年5月上半月 机械运动方案评价中评价因素权重确定的 模糊层次分析法 古莹奎 吴陆恒 1．江西理工大学，赣州，341000 2．电子科技大学，成都，610054 摘要：设计方案的评价是概念设计中的重要任务之一，而评价因素权重的确定是影响评价结果的关 键环节。根据机构及机构系统设计的主要性能要求，兼顾机械设计专家的咨询意见以及客户的个性化 要求，建立了机械运动方案的评价体系。综合运用层次分析法和模糊集理论，以三角模糊数代替常规层 次分析法中的标度，提出了一种确定权重的模糊层次分析方法来确定评价体系中各级评价因素的权重， 为得到客观、真实的评价结果提供了科学依据。 关键词：概念设计；评价体系；模糊数；层次分析法；评价因素 中图分类号：TH122 文章编号：1OO4—132X(2OO7)09—1052一O4 A Fuzzy AHP Approach to the Determination of Weights of Evaluation Factors in Mechanism Scheme Evaluation Process GU Yingkui ’ WU Luheng 1．Jiangxi University of Science and Technology，Ganzhou，Jiangxi，341000 2．University of Electronic Science and Technology of China，Chengdu，610054 Abstract：The evaluation of design alternatives iS one of the most important tasks in conceptual design stage，and the weights of evaluation factors have very important influence on the evaluation re— sults．Due to vagueness and uncertainty existing in the decision--maker’S j udgment，it is very diffi— cult to accurately identify the weights．Therefore，fuzzy set theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)were introduced into the evaluation processto determinate the weights of evaluation factors． An evaluation system of mechanism scheme was established firstly based on the performance analysis of the mechanism system and the opinions of experts．Then，a fuzzy AHP method was used to deter— minate the weights of evaluation factors，where the triangular fuzzy numbers were utilized to improve the conventional nine‘——pointscaling scheme．The steps of the fuzzy AHP approach to solve the weights were given in detail．Finally，an example is given to illustrate the effective feasibility of the proposed method． Key words：conceptual design；e
